Training Events

I’m passionate about learning. And not only learning, but cultivating curiosity, the kind of curiosity that makes us excited to dig deeper and learn more. We don’t have to stop learning once we’re adults. In fact, I believe deeply that continued learning cultivates a passion for growth. The more we know, the more we grow. And the more we grow, the more we’re able to be the grown-ups that kids need.

As a certified ZERO TO THREE trainer, I offer both informational overview trainings and intensive clinical training in the DC:0–5™ Diagnostic Classification of Mental Health and Developmental Disorders of Infancy and Early Childhood. Additionally, I offer training in early childhood mental health that is tailored to meet the needs of your organization, whether it be for admin, teachers, or parents.

Some past trainings include:

  • Modeling and Managing Big Feelings

  • Limit-Setting and Saying “No”

  • Creating Structure for Growth

  • Walking with Families: Trauma and Development

  • Healing Generational Patterns Through Whole-Hearted Parenting

Trainings can be held in-person or by webinar and are scheduled to meet your program needs.

Supervision and Consultation

Supporting children can be a process of learning and unlearning—taking in the knowledge that we need to make informed decisions and unlearning the privilege and assumptions that that don’t support growth. We have to peel back the layers of what we learned and why we learned it, so that when confronted with big emotions, we don’t react out of fear and shame.

Doing your own work is an act of revolution. Unlearning hurtful patterns and choosing to heal yourself first will change the world as it’s paid forward to future generations. It’s a gift you give not only to yourself, but to all the children, parents, and families who your work with.

If you’re ready to take your work deeper, looking at layers of personal privilege or systemic barriers, I offer 1:1 clinical supervision for Massachusetts and New Hampshire mental health clinicians. I offer programmatic consultation for professionals seeking to support children’s social and emotional health either in-person or virtual.
